Please read these before you book.
These Rental Terms & Conditions govern vehicle rentals from Ezze Auto Rentals (“we”, “us”). By booking a vehicle you agree to them. You also sign a rental agreement before pickup, which controls if the two ever differ.
You must be at least 21, hold a valid driver’s licence and have rental car insurance for your whole rental. We require a policy from Bonzah (or other coverage we approve in writing); you enter the policy number when you sign your rental agreement. Only drivers listed on the rental agreement may drive the vehicle.
Your booking is confirmed once payment is received; unpaid reservations are released. At booking you pay a deposit of 30% of your rental (it counts toward your total) plus a non-refundable booking fee of 10% of the rental (minimum $10). The rest of your rental is due at pickup. You see the exact amounts before you pay. At pickup we may place a temporary hold on your card; it is not a charge and is released after you return the vehicle.
By booking, you authorize Ezze Auto Rentals to charge the card you book with for your deposit, booking fee and rental balance, and, after the rental, for amounts you owe under these terms and your rental agreement: tolls, tickets and citations, damage, cleaning, fuel, extra mileage and late returns. Your card stays on file for these charges, and we email you a receipt with the reason for every one.
Cancel 48 hours or more before pickup for a full refund of what you paid, except the booking fee. Inside 48 hours, $50 is kept. No-shows are not refunded. Special-event dates need 7 days’ notice.
We inspect and photograph the vehicle with you at pickup and at return. Damage not recorded at pickup may be your responsibility, so point out anything you notice before you drive away.
Florida only. No smoking or vaping, no pets without our permission, no ride-share or delivery work, no towing, racing or off-road driving, and never drive under the influence.
Mileage: 100 miles per day included, then $0.50 a mile. Fuel: return it at the same level or pay $7.99 a gallon. Tolls: cost plus $4.95 per day a toll is used (maximum $24.75 per rental). Citations: the fine plus a $25 processing fee. Cleaning: smoking $200, pet hair $150, excess cleaning $150. Late return: $25 an hour after a 59-minute grace period; over 3 hours late counts as an extra day. Florida’s rental surcharge and sales tax apply.
You are responsible for the vehicle during your rental and must keep valid insurance that covers it, including damage to the vehicle.
Vehicles may have a GPS tracker used for fleet management and recovery.
